Mr. Premjit Singh A/L Amrjit Singh ("Mr. Premjit") holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from University of London and obtained his Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2008. Mr. Premjit was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2009. He is the Managing Partner of Messrs. Prem & Associates, a legal practice which he founded, where he also heads the firm's Litigation Department. Mr. Premjit has over 16 years of experience in legal practice and specialises in contentious litigation matters involving civil, commercial, and corporate disputes with numerous reported decisions. He has acted for a wide range of clients including public listed companies and international companies, and has appeared at all levels of the Malaysian Courts, representing clients in various commercial and civil disputes ranging from civil, commercial disputes, shareholder disputes and corporate restructuring proceedings including conducting appeals in appellate courts.
